About Editor

Dr. Dani Karmakar is a prominent playwright, actor, theatre workshop instructor and artistic theatre director of West Bengal, india. He is working in this field more than 23 years. He has completed his B.A, M.A, M.Phil. & Ph. D. in Drama from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata. He stood first position at the post-graduate in Drame. He is a Gold Medalist. He has qualified UGC NET in performing Arts-Drama. He was appointed as State Junior Research Fellow and State Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Drama of Rabindra Bharati University. Now he is a guest lecturer in the Department of Drama of Rabindra Bharati University, India. He has coordinated and attended many international and National theatre workshop, seminar, conference and festival in China, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Nepal and India. In addition to this book, the author has also published several works of theatre. His latest book is Theatre & Sexuality. He lives in Kolkata.
